Duma - Cheetah
80-90 cm tall at the
shoulder and 180-230 cm long. It weighs about 50-60 kg.
The cheetah has a slender
body, the belly very indented, long limbs, agile and quick ending with robust
non-retractable claws. These allow a greater adherence and yield on all types
of terrain. These physical characteristics justify the legendary speed of the
cheetah: in a few seconds from a standing start, reaches 70-km time and top
speed of 110 km-touches now.
It’s active both day and
night but prefers to hunt in the light of the sun. Sleeps little long but likes
to relax in the shade.
