Day 1: arrival at
Kilimanjaro Airport in Arusha where will be waiting for one of our employees
that will lead you to the selected hotel for your stay in the city. You will

Day 2: After breakfast
depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Arrive for lunch at Manyara Wildlife
Safari Camp. Afternoon dedicated to game viewing. Dinner and overnight at

Day 3: After breakfast
drive to the Serengeti National Park. Safari along the way and within the park.

Day 5: Wake up early in the
morning for an early morning game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast. New
departure to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping to visit the Olduvai
Gorge. Packed Lunches. Dinner and overnight at Ngorongoro Farm House (full
board).

Day 6: After breakfast
descent into the Ngorongoro crater. Packed Lunches. Dinner and overnight at

Day 7: After breakfast
depart for Tarangire National Park. Arrive for lunch at the Tarangire Safari
Lodge, afternoon devoted entirely to the safari inside the park. Dinner and

Day 8: After breakfast
return to Arusha, arriving around mid-day.
The Ugali is a maize
porridge tougher than ours and almost white color; preparation is recommended
to use a very fine ground corn flour of variety "Clowns". As an
alternative to corn meal you can prepare Ugali with millet flour, sorghum or
cassava.
It can accompany meat stews
or other dishes Tanzanian.
Ingredients
1.5 L of water
gr. 400 Cornmeal
1 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
Bring water to a boil, add
the salt and then pour in the flour, stirring to avoid lumps. Stir regularly
throughout the Ugali preparation. Cook until (about 30 - 40 minutes), or until
the Ugali not come off easily from the casserole.
